Cook "Doing Fine" After Post-show Hospitalization

American Idol contender David Cook ducked out of Tuesday night's show early — upon completing his performance of "Little Sparrow" — and was taken to a hospital, People reports. Cook, who had complained of heart palpitations, was treated for high blood pressure and released shortly thereafter. Sources tell People he is "doing fine."
What brought on the anxiety? TMZ hears that Cook has been under emotional stress because his brother, who has been battling cancer, had a setback within the past week.

Please let David know I have him in my prayers. He is such a good singer and can go a long way. I vote for him everytime and like Simon said if it continues to be a singing contest instead of a personality contest he will take it hands down. Stay well and continue to do your thing.

I heard that one of the reasons this happened is because David was overstressed because his brother is sick. If this is the case, I truly wish them both a speedy recovery.

Hope your feeling better soon David. You will go all the way to the finals and will probably win the whole thing. Your brother is in my prayers.
