In case the new wannabe chefs of Hell's Kitchen's current season haven't won you over just yet, this 3-disc Season 1 release will provide you with a few familiar faces to enjoy as you watch Gordon Ramsay torture them through culinary boot camp all over again. If you're anything like me, you'd buy this set just because you love watching Ramsay go nuts on his underlings (an experience now enhanced with the uncensored audio track!) But if you need a little more, the DVD also includes a one-on-one interview with Ramsay, interviews with the show's producers and a behind-the-scenes tour of the Hell's Kitchen restaurant. On the downside, that previously mentioned uncensored audio track is the only one on the disc, so if you're hoping for family-friendly viewing, you're just out of luck. Otherwise, sharpen your knives and enjoy the Hell out of this one! — Adam Bryant
