Cheers: Lost Finds Lance Reddick

Cheers to Lance Reddick for making himself omnipresent on TV. The quietly compelling actor lights up both The Wire (as Baltimore top cop Cedric Daniels) and Lost (as an Oceanic Airlines attorney — or is he? — who visits Hurley in a mental hospital). Plus, Reddick's landed a role as a Homeland Security chief in J.J. Abrams' X-Files-ish Fox pilot Fringe, and he's joined Kate Walsh and Sofia Vergara in Cadillac's sleek new ad campaign. He's certainly come a long way from playing a crack addict on HBO's Emmy-winning miniseries The Corner.

Congrats to Reddick. He deserves it. He's been absolutely dead on in every role he plays - esp. as Daniels on "The Wire". He was cool then scary - I felt for poor Hurley. One of television's best actors is finally getting his due...

I like Lance Reddick. He sure plays creepy villains well. Also, he was on Oz and I thought he was excellent on that show as well.

love seeing people from the wire on other shows. now they've finished the final season, i am sure we'll be seeing more of them. Am I right Powers That Be? please!

From your fingertips to casting directors' ears! I think it'll help that the Wire cast won't be tied down in Baltimore anymore. (John Doman was on Law & Order the other night.)

OZ!!!! I knew I knew him from somewhere. He was phenomenal on there. And creeped the crap out of me last night.

That guy made my skin crawl and I was glad Hurley saw through him
(personal belief is that he is one of the "rescuers.")

I remember him from CSI: Miami as an FBI agent who went toe to toe with Horatio.
