This Just In: Friday Night Lights Renewed!!!

You read it here first: Sources confirm that NBC has renewed Friday Night Lights for a 22-episode second season!

Woo-hoo! Who's buying the first round? And are we meeting at the same spot under the bleachers?

In other Peacock news, the time traveler saga Journeymen, the cop drama Life, Josh Schwartz's Chuck and David Eick's Bionic Woman redo have received series orders. Look for an official announcement from NBC on Monday.

But getting back to FNL for a second... Woooo-hooooo!

Ok this is funny. I have never been this happy for a show to be picked up for another season when I don't even watch the show! lol But I hear it's great and I know there are a lot of fans (though not enough to make the ratings better unfortunately!) Anyway don't worry, I'm going to catch up over the summer and I'll be ready to watch with everyone in the fall! :-D

Hey, at least they renewed it -- right now, I don't care what night they put it on. My VCR works 7 days a week (and, sadly, long hours).
