Exclusive: O.C. Babe Returns to Fox!

Cole Hauser and Amanda Righetti by Skip Bolen/Fox
Someone over at Fox really likes Amanda Righetti.

The onetime O.C. starlet — who followed up her stint in Newport Beach with back-to-back gigs on Fox's North Shore and Reunion — is joining the cast of the net's new drama series K-Ville. She'll be playing the recurring role of A.J., a potential love interest for Cole Hauser. As we'll learn in the Sept. 24 episode, the two characters share a common link. To say more than that would ruin the big twist at the end of the Sept. 17 premiere. And as you know, I don't ruin. Spoil, yes. Ruin, no.

I just watched K-Ville over at Fox.com and it was pretty good. My TV plate is overflowing as it is, so I'm not sure I'll be able to cram it in, but the value of the pilot was extremely high. (The twist was more "huh" than "WHAT?!" for me, but I still never saw it coming.)

Also, Lost shout-out's in the pilot for creepy Ethan Rom and Bernard the Dentist.

Great news. I've always enjoyed Amanda's work. Now I have another reason to watch K-Ville.
