Blind Item: Pregnancy Scare? Only the Stork Knows....

Well, the stork and me. But you can play along, too, because that's right: It's blind-item time again! Here's this week's recipe for drama:
• Take one high-profile new fall series.
• Add one baby on the way for its leading lady. Make that one baby well on its way. (We're talking second-trimester well.)
• Mix with rumors that said actress doesn't want her delicate condition written into the show.
• Stir until the network execs are wondering whether their ties are long enough to be used as nooses.
• And voila! Serve with a side of aspirin and/or a vodka stinger. (Except for the mom-to-be, of course.)
Any guesses? Don't be shy — if you get it wrong, I won't laugh at you. Much.

I haven't heard of Lipstick Jungle, but Kim is pregnant. I can't find any news that Christina is knocked up.

My money is on Kate Walsh and Private Practice. Let's break it down...
Female lead of a hotly anticipated show? It's either Kate or the no-name on Bionic Woman. No other female-led show is that hotly anticipated.
Kate had a very rushed wedding this spring to a TV executive.
Due to the difficulty in hiding a pregnancy, the producers would be likely to just recast the role than work around it... unless they can't because the actress is already tied to the character in the public consciousness.

OK, final two hints: 1) I changed "hotly anticipated" to "high profile" for reasons that will be obvious once the news breaks. 2) It is not Lipstick Jungle.

Could be Jennifer Esposito on Samantha Who ... given that her marriage ended about two trimesters ago ...
Couldn't be anybody on Moonlight cuz they've all been replaced.
Couldn't be anyone on CBS cuz, well, yeah.
