I think the person that dies in Smallville is Lionel or Martha. Cos Chloe,Lana,Lex(he cant kill him off anyway) have been presumed as dead in previous seasons. Cant kill Lois or Jimmy they haven't been in it since the beginning. So it leaves Lionel and Martha

I'm guessing the Matt's annoying add on the bottom of the screen is the clue to guessing the aim of Scrubs' jab at NBC.

Lionel's been pressumed dead at least once, at the start of this season after the dam broke, he was presumed dead, I believe. As for Martha, she's generally alive when he becomes Superman (then again, so is Jonathan...) But it also begs the question, by "around since the 1st season", does that mean they've been on consecutively from the first season and never left? 'cause if that's true, then Martha couldn't be it, since she wasn't in this season. If not, my guess then would be Pete Ross, since he was on in the first season and has never been pressumed dead and is dispossible enough that they could kill "permanently" (like soaps, no one really dies in the comics or anything based on the comics.)

Why does the podcast always play so "choppy" for me?! It makes it hard to understand!

Summary of scoop for hearing/technology-impaired (may be wrong/incomplete):
The big death on Smallville will be in the 4/17 episode. The victim is someone who has been on the show since the first season and who hasn't been presumed dead before. The identity of the killer may be more surprising than the identity of the victim.
There is a very pointed jab at NBC in one of the 5 remaining unaired pre-strike episodes of Scrubs, so pointed that NBC may have it cut before it airs.
Women's Murder Club is not the bubble show referred to in the recent blind item, but it has only a 50% chance of returning next season.
Sloan & Hahn's verbal sparring will continue in the new Grey's Anatomy episodes, and Sloan will have to deal with the fact that Hahn is not that into him.

The clue for scrubs might be that seemingly promo shot with all the gloves. The extra ones looked crudely photo-shopped in. I have no idea what it means, so I might be wrong. Worth looking into, though.
