Please say it's NOT Jack and Juliet!!!  Hopefully, it's a flashback cuz I can't stand Jacket together. It makes no sense to me, and Jack confessed he LOVES Kate to Kate!!!
But the only person I can think of is Jack based on your hint that he got his start in a popular drama, which made me think of "Party of 5".
But I guess as a Jater I might have to suffer through Jacket like I did with Skate, until Jate are finally together.

Maybe I'm reading your clue wrong, but it sounds like you're referring to Matthew Fox (Jack). If so, awesome! If I'm way off base, could you rule Jack out for us?

Who's Juliet going to have sex with? It's either Goodwin or Jack.
Brett Cullen got his big break on Falcon Crest and that was a drama.
Matt Fox git his big break on Party of 5 and that was a drama too.
But what's so sensitive about Juliet & Goodwin having sex after we already saw them in bed together last season? That leads me to believe it's indeed Jack.

It could be Sawyer. Josh Holloway's TV series debut was a guest spot on "Angel" which is a drama, and fits the "scarily" theme.

One of Ausiello's obsessions is Felicity, to the point where he worried that Keri Russell might think him to be a stalker, which is just a bit scary.
Greg Grunberg played in 61 episodes of Felicity as Sean Blumberg.
Before that, he had only a few minor parts in other productions. Ergo, this was his "big break" into TV.
Greg Grunberg has said he will be back on Lost. I'm not sure I can count the brief show of his face in the broadcast about finding the plane deep under the ocean.....you will recall he was the pilot of Oceanic 815
Yeah, he exited the series rather early, and all indications were that he was ripped to shreds by Ole Smokey....but no one retrieved the body from way up in the trees or even got a closer look.
So....my guess is....the Pilot is the one who gets nekkid with Juliet. 
I will also guess that I will be the only one to support this guess
