Exclusive: Moonlight Goes Batty for Brothers & Sisters Stud

Doesn't look like that Kevin-Jason reunion is happening anytime soon on Brothers & Sisters. CBS' Moonlight has tapped the so-pretty-it-should-be-illegal Eric Winter for a major recurring role, sources confirm to me exclusively.

Winter, who's onboard for a minimum of three episodes beginning with the show's post-strike premiere on April 25, will play ADA Benjamin Talbot, a handsome, self-assured gent who plays by his own rules. I'm hearing Ben sets his sights on Beth (Sophia Myles), which, as you can imagine, makes Mick a very angry vampire.

This is definitely good news for Moonlight. Not so much for Brothers & Sisters. You with me?

Rock on! Finally some good Moonlight news! I have no idea who this Eric Winter person is though. I don't watch B&S. But I don't care! I'll take good news anywhere I can get it! Thanks, Mike!

Don't get me wrong... I get all knock-kneed at the site of Eric Winter like the rest of them... but this is GREAT news for B&S because it means one less thing in the way of Kevin and Scotty.

I agree that his is good news for Moonlight, and better news for B&S. I am a big Kevin & Scotty fan. This way, we get them together, and get our Eric Winter fix as well.

I'm a Kevin/Scotty hater. Big fan of Kevin/Jason. SO I'm with Michael. Good news for Moonlight not so great for B&S.

I remember Eric Winter when he used to play Rex on Days of our Lives and I loved him then. I'm going to miss him on B&S but I love Scotty and Kevin together so I'm not that upset. I don't watch Moonlight right now but maybe I'll have to start.

Great news. I watch both shows and I agree.....Kevin belongs with Scotty.
Mick must be human to be with Beth and this show is about a vampire. So I'd rather see Mick get competition for Beth's attention and use his vamp instincts for rescuing Coraline.

Oh and the odds of him coming between Mick and Beth....zero! I mean seriously. No way he's better looking then Alex O'Loughlin. He just better hope he doesn't wind up like poor Josh!

I like Eric Winter and all, but why is Moonlight adding another male character, when they don't use one that they already have! Hello! Why don't you throw Jason Dohring in the mix a little more?

honestly i believe that this new guy has no chance w/ Beth. One, because she is very emotional w/ Josh's death and doesn't need a new guy in her life right now. Two, cause Mick is amazing and human....for a short time so this might be a chance for Mick to get even closer and i do agree that Jason needs some more playing time w/ the rest of the guys.
