Exclusive Video: Blake Lively Blasts Sexist Gossip!
Remember that dishy New York magazine cover story on Gossip Girl from a few weeks back that strongly suggested that on-screen frenemies Blake Lively and Leighton Meester can't stand each other in real life? Well, at yesterday's CW upfront, Lively, for the first time, responded to the article, taking specific aim at the allegation that she and Meester "avoid each other like the plague" while on set. The blonde bombshell also discussed this week's pivotal episode, and answered the question on the lips of Gossip Girl fans everywhere: What made Serena think she "killed" that dude?!

I'm a little bit older than the age demo that is targeted for "GG", but I still love it and I'm really looking forward to next season, especially those Hampton episodes! Surely they'll film out there. They're already in NY and its only like 2 hours (on a good day) out there. I think they'd be passing up too good of an opportunity if they didn't film out there.

Actually Shannonm93 it is already confirmed they WILL shoot on location (in the hamptons)...I'm also super excited about those episodes too!! I'm hoping for alot more of the non-judging breakfast club because chuck/Blair/Nate/Serena interaction is awesome..
And I just saw the sneak peek for the finale with Chuck and Blair...OMG, I love this two bantering!

I haven't even watched the video, but there's nothing sexist about the gossip. Plenty of male actors (Caruso, Patrick Dempsey) have diva reputations and when male castmembers have fought with each other (Dempsey & Isaiah Washington; Michael Chiklis & Forrest Whitaker) it's been news too.

In your “Ask Ausiello” you teased: “On the bright side, the shrimp kabobs were delish! Speaking of the upfronts, check my Ausiello Report blog later today for exclusive, on-camera scoop from yesterday's CW upfront with the casts of Gossip Girl and One Tree Hill.” I see this Gossip Girl video but nada on One Tree Hill. I know your not a fan, but it's not polite to dangle something out there and not deliver.
