Episode Recap: "Reunion"
Birth Name: Casey Angelina Marsella Wrestling Diva Alias: Reds Wrestling Power: Don’t touch me, I’m that hot.
My hair is always red, but by that hot, I mean, sun burnt Obviously, I do not have a future in wrestling or porn, but watching little Jillian throw her legs and arms around as “Tuffie” was equally hilarious as Chris March dressed in a Wonder Woman costume with large smothering breasts. Wait. That already happened!
I always enjoy a reunion and tonight was no different. I can't wait to use the line, "Keep your brain waves off of me." Thanks Chris! My favorite part involved Michael Kors and Christian. Michael Kors always wears jeans, a black shirt and blazer, but he always looks great! As Michael explained (with pre-fashion genius pictures), his past fashion choices I immediately thought of Christian. When Michael Kors was young he said he felt the need and urge to wear anything and everything that was trendy or popular at that particular moment. That’s Christian. I adore the little sewing prodigy that he is, but one day he will look back (as we all do) and think, “Oh. My. God. What was I thinking? So not Fierce!” However, his three-dimensional head styles were hilarious! “Party. Business. Money Maker.” Right, left, face! Very Vogue of him!
Victorya and Ricky left me confused and yearning for answers.
Can someone explain to me why Victorya was so “upset” about Jack’s departure? I actually never noticed her in the background of Jack’s farewell speech. She seemed very angry. Maybe she doesn’t know how to show emotion well or perhaps it was something else? Heidi and Tim didn’t understand either and when they asked Victorya she shrugged it off and said her initial reaction was “upset”. My mother and I couldn’t figure it out. We narrowed it down to three options.
1. She was sincerely upset for Jack. 2. She didn’t agree he should leave… maybe she thought he could have a leave of absence and come back? 3. She was angered by the entire issue and didn’t think it was appropriate to discuss.
We’ve all known Victorya to be “uptight”. I never saw her as cold or emotionless in the past. She’s very serious about her work and becoming, and now is (she showed at Fashion Week), successful. This really bothered me! I hope I’m not alone. What does everyone else think?
Speaking of cold… was there a drought in Ricky‘s eyes? I know it’s an on-going joke, but he didn’t seem like himself at all tonight. Actually, he seemed pissed! He was eliminated two episodes ago. I think he’s still bitter, especially after watching the episodes. Everything is different when you watch weeks of your life condensed into weekly one hour episodes. Was he surprised by the other designers reactions when they spoke frankly about him? Or did he think the aired crying spectacles were pretentious? Seriously, after weeks and weeks of tears the man barely showed any emotion at all. He barely spoke!
I feel like a teenager in the cafeteria on a Tuesday after an episode of The Hills! Okay, I do that anyway… but this is all so juicy to me. Project Runway is supposed to be my “grown-up reality show”. I hate spreading rumors (people’s made-up ideas of the truth and a game of “telephone), but Victorya and Ricky both bothered me tonight! Someone pass me a note: Circle yes or no if you agree.
I was so happy to see Michael Knight! Personally, I still believe Kevin should have gone much further. Also, I have to agree with everyone: Heidi has gotten tough this season. She was always the “Paula” of the judges. And for those who call Nina, “Meana Garzila” - get over it. She's honest and it’s a competition… I just had a visual of Michael Kors saying “Aight Dawg! Yea Dawg! I was definitely feeling you tonight.”
I watch too much T.V.
What designer did you miss the most? Was the term “fruity” cut out of the menswear challenge or am I crazy? Was Christian your favorite designer (he thought Chris had that)? What’s your wrestling diva name? And finally, who will join Jillian and Christian at Bryant Park?
Something fun… what fashion trend would you never wear again?
Reds may be 5’10”, but guess what, I’m not into the evolved high-waist everything… but I have a feeling it will be all over the Bryant Park runways.

Hi, Reds, I'm not creative enough to come up with a name other than the Pinkie I've already done.
I circle yes that something was wrong with Ricky and Victoria (and no, I don't know the correct spelling of their names). I definitely think that Ricky felt made fun of, and seeing how emotional he is, I think it was wrong to do that to him. Anyone would know that would hurt his feelings. Plus he's watched the show by now and knows that many there didn't feel he was talented at all. As for Victoria....yuck. I thought she was a First Class *itch. I admire a *itch (I'm one!!), but she acted self-righteous and pretentious. To me she was saying...."you might have Aufed me, but look how good I really am"...which she has a right to do, but it would be better to come right out and say that instead of wearing that sour, holier-than-thou look on her face. Another that surprised me was Carmen (Karmen?). She had a few issues also.
Loved this show and could have watched more than an hour. Loved seeing Kors with the giggles. Been there done that, and watching him was contagious! Also, Tim was having such a good time and was funny and happy. I'd like him for a pal any day!
I can't begin to guess who will join Jillian and Christian. Rami and Chris both bring something different to the table, and both are interesting. I think Chris will be the most diverse, but Rami may have learned his lesson and will surprise us.
Looking forward to next week.

Im also not that creative to come up with a wrestling name, or a special move. However I did come up with one but it sounded to much like a porno name.
But anway, I think Victoria is a the biggest ice queen's ever. I wish Tim and Heidi could of elabroated more on why Victoria was mad that Jack had to leave. Well Im glad that she was able to show her collection at fashion week. But the girl is still an ice queen.
I always loved Micheal Kors, his giggle fits had me in stiches. It was nice to see this side of him. And that picture of him....wow!! We all have those bad pics from our past that we want to forget about and burn them, so no one else can see how bad u looked back in the day. But your mom will get mad if you do.
Im glad that Jack is feeling Ok. And it will be so great if he comes back next season of PR. They should at least give him a second chance at this.
Ur right Pinkie Carman did have some issues.
What designer did you miss the most? Was the term “fruity” cut out of the menswear challenge or am I crazy? Was Christian your favorite designer (he thought Chris had that)? What’s your wrestling diva name? And finally, who will join Jillian and Christian at Bryant Park?
The designer I missed the most was a tie between Jack and Kevin. I think the term "fruity" was cut out of the menswear challenge..but I have to rewatch the show just to make sure. Chrstian wasn't my favorite designer. I thought the prize would of went to either Chris, Jack or Sweet P. I have no wrestling name. And Im not quite sure who will join Christian and Jillian at Bryant Park. Its anybody's game.
And it was great to see Michael from last season. Im glad he invested his prize money wisely. I saw some of his collection online...but its more of a urban wear. I would love to see what his fragrance smells like.
Cant waite to see who is going to be in fashion week.

It's too early for me to come up with my Diva name and signature move. Sweet P's cracked me up, Spread Eagle! LOL Actually the entire montage they did of the designers from that episode was pretty hilarious.
I think Victorya's Diva name would be Bitter McFrownie. She was NOT a happy camper and her whole attitude about the Jack situation was just weird. I figured it went a little deeper and what she was really pissed about was Chris March being given a second chance and surpassing her in the competition.
I agree with the previous poster, I think Ricky was embarrassed about all of his emotional outbursts and how many times they showed him crying during the course of the season. I mean it really became like a running joke. To make matters worse, PR then ran a serious of crying clips on the reunion show, further embarrassing him. I thought that would bring on fresh tears but maybe he just put a tack in his shoe for the show.
Carmen's behavior was a little weird too. You would think that after a career as a model, she's have thicker skin when it comes to criticism. Or perhaps that was her way of getting more camera time and attention.
I can't wait for next week's finale. I'm trying really hard not to go to the website and check out the final designs. As far as who is the third to go to Bryant Park, I'm on the fence. I have been a big fan of Rami since the beginning but his incessant need to drape everything just got boring and tiresome. I also adore Chris and was so glad he was given a second chance. But I'm afraid his work will be too costumey. I'll be happy for either one in the finals.
Out of all of the designers, I miss Kevin. I think he was wrongly outted in the prom challenge. He didn't have the worst design and I think his previous work should have been taken into consideration. I thought Christian should have been out. But at the time I wasn't a big fan of Christian but he grew on me. I'm not a big fan of his designs, too cutting edge for my taste. But the boy just cracks me up! He does have mad talent and we probably haven't heard the last of him regardless of the outcome of the show.
I think Jillian has a good chance of winning if she really wows the judges. She has the unique ability to appeal to the masses while remaining very fashionable.
I can't wait for season five!

I believe Victorya was upset that Chris was invited back. She was truly unappealing last night.
I have a feeling the PR producers need cattle prods to get some of those designers to come back for the reunion show. Victorya, Ricky and Carmen spring to mind. Victorya seemed to think she was a little too good for this crowd now that she's shown at Bryant Park. Ricky was maybe embarrassed by all the crying, although he denied it. I think he was also upset and felt ostracized by his peers during his time on the show. Carmen just bugged me. When Nina neatly deflected the question about the single worst design by responding, "No question the toughest challenge for everybody was the Menswear challenge," and Michael seconded Nina by emphasizing how tough it was to make menswear under a deadline, Carmen spoke over all of them: "Thanks for bringing THAT up again!" all disgusted. I guess she didn't really mean it in her exit interview when she said she didn't mind going out on a challenge that was so far out of her area of expertise. Not cool, Carmen.
I so loved the footage of the judges cracking up during the WWE challenge. Loved seeing Michael Knight again. I don't know why it never occurred to me that Christian would win Fan Favorite.
I really think this was a fun episode, and I am looking forward to the finals!

Great episode. Victorya was a humorless snob on the show so there's no reason to expect that she would be any different now. I'm sure she resented that Chris was brought back. Carmen - bad attitude also. These two need to get over themselves. As for Ricky, well, it was mean-spirited but he may need to learn to laugh at himself a bit...as Chris does.
In future reunion shows, maybe the nasty, bitter ones should stay home and not ruin it for the rest. It was entertaining watching the rest laugh and tease each other. Overall, a pleasant talented group and I wish them all well.

Rushmore- You are my PR soulmate! First the Santino comments, and now the reunion show - I ditto everything you said! I heart you!
Rickey, Vickie & Carmie should've taken a pass on the reunion - they are obviously still bitter over being aufed. It WAS very strange. Also, Carmen dissed Heidi after the menswear "no shirt" comment.
Loved seeing Michael Kors laughing uncontrollably - he seems to have relaxed more this season and Heidi has become the super **tch. I'm not buying her "Sometimes I can't find the right word" excuse - and PLEASE - get rid of that ridiculous wig - you didn't look like a supermodel last night. Bangs do not look good on everyone (sorry Heidi fans)
I also loved the Chris laughing montage because it reminded me of that great Malan laugh montage from season 3.
I so want Chris to go to Bryant Park, but after seeing the preview of Tim Gunn's comments on his collection, I'm not holding my breath!
I would love to see Jillian or Christian win if Chris doesn't get the nod to go.
Also, was it my imagination, or have Jack's arms grown significantly? His guns were HUGE last night - maybe it was the tight shirt? He's still a hottie, gay or not.

What WAS Carmen's problem? She seemed like a whining petulant 13 year old girl (you guys didn't miss meeeeeeee!!! waaahhh). What-ev, get over it. And if it had been here instead of Sweet Pea that was safe you can bet she'd be saying she was just glad it wasn't her too, ugh! Carmen, your menswear outfit sucked the worst out of alot of sucky outfits..that's just how the hem falls.
hrmf. I'm glad I got that out.
I really wanted Chris to win the fan fave, he never fails to crack me up.
I think that Jillian is going to be the winner.

I could be wrong, but as I recall, in the episode Jack left, he was the leader in a group challenge and Victorya was on his team-- I think that's why she was upset, because he left his team hanging and having to complete his "vision," not theirs. I'm not sure though, it just seems vaguely familiar to me for some reason. It's still a stupid reason to hold onto anger.

Hey all-
I feel like everyone writing here is being overly mean! =) Ricky and Carmen just very clearly had their feelings really hurt and I think Victorya was just "upset" (meaning sad) about Jack's exit but expressed it in anger because she obviously doesn't handle her emotions too well.
I think sometimes we (as an audience) forget that whether reality shows are staged or not, they do star "real" people, who may not be used to these kinds of pressures and scrutiny.

Something fun… what fashion trend would you never wear again?
I forgot to answer that question, Casey. In the late 60's, early 70's I had a lot of things I'd never wear again!!!!! But one thing that stands out is a pair of DARK purple bell bottoms. The "bells" were sooooooo huge because they were pleated.....not the pants, just the bottoms, so that they could spread waaaaaay out. It was an atrocious look, and embarrassing to me to this day that I loved them!!

I don't buy that. They know what they signed up for coming on a show like this, and if they can't handle it then own up to that, but don't be a whiner, it's not flattering.

I kind of expected more drama from the reunion show. Maybe, I just watched too much "Real World" growing up... I dunno. But from what I know - Jack and Victorya are really good friends. Case in point: http://www.bestweekever.tv/2008/01/31/project-runways-jack-mackenroth-dishes-on-the-show-sex-and-the-city-and-fierceness/
"From this Mich: So tell me about Victorya? Unfriendly, right?
Jack: No, She’s one of my good friends. I love her.
Mich: I’m shocked, because on the show, I found her to be very calm, a little quiet, sort of brooding even.
Jack: She herself says she has a total stubborn, bitchy side. Other than that, she is sweet as pie."
So who knows - the girl seems to have issues...

Oh, Carmen. She was upset because she felt people didn't miss her? Really? Glad to see she's so observant.
vandl74 - Jack left during the weight loss challenge.
I don't think anyone is being "overly mean". Ricky and Sweet P were the last deisigners auf'd. They both reacted completely different last night... you could tell Ricky didn't want to look at Christian, but Sweet P smiled and laughed with Rami. Then there's Elisa! Hello? She was brutally taunted in clips last night and laughed it off with a smile every time.
I understand we all take comments and criticism differently, but Carmen and Ricky (and possibly Victorya) took everything outside of the challenges too seriously.
pinkie - I recently watched a clip of Tim Gunn on Conan. You'll love it! Hilarious. Definitely check it out on the web!

What designer did you miss the most? Elsa -- her spaciness was fun to watch
Was Christian your favorite designer (he thought Chris had that)? I though it would be Chris or Sweet P, but really, what's not to love about Christian's take-me-as-I-am persona? For his young age, he totally owns who he is at this moment.
What’s your wrestling diva name? HotBamaJama ....signature move is dousing people with peanut butter and jelly and folding their bodies into neat triangles
And finally, who will join Jillian and Christian at Bryant Park? I can't imagine PR judges will allow Chris go to Bryant Park. Chris was eliminated and then asked back by default. Returning Chris to PR brought back some much needed energy and spunk, but I think the judges will elect Rami because he made it to the end fair and square. I'm not sure what's up with the whole extra challenge anyway. It just goes to show one bad challenge can drop kick a good designer...(the prom challeng is a good case in point). Anyone else agree with this point of view?
Something fun… what fashion trend would you never wear again? Parachute pants
Loved the Meana Garzilla nickname for Nina Garcia...too funny! I can't imagine who would have the guts to say that to her face.
