Supernatural: Jensen Ackles in Time Is On My Side

SN315-0008.jpg
Hello everyone!

I haven't had a chance to rewatch last night's episode of Supernatural, so I'm not sure what my favorite Jensen moment is from Time Is On My Side. The moment that is standing out for me right now is his scene with Bella. He was so forceful and mean to her, it was just yummy.

So, that's my favorite moment until I have a chance to rewatch it - how about yours???

I don't think I can pick out a specific favorite moment.

I knew that Dean would NOT go for the "magic pill". The Doc was a monster who harmed/killed innocent people in order to continue living. No way does Dean do that. He said it himself: he'd rather go to Hell. He's already worried about becoming a demon after he dies, he sure doesn't want to become a monster while he's alive.

Once again, Big Brother to the rescue! Yay! *flails*

I did love the last conversation with Bela. When he tells her that if she had just come to them, they would have helped her! I actually felt a wee bit sorry for her, but wanted to kick her at the same time. See, beyotch?! Shouldn't have SHOT SAM & sold out the only two people who could've (& would've) helped you! Then when he says "see you in Hell"?!?! That gave me the chills.

When Sam mentions the one body having all those bloody fingerprints on it, did Dean make a snide remark mentioning "Dave Caruso" or did I hallucinate that?

Kitty mentioned this over at the What About Jared blog: right before Dean left..."Sammy, be careful"..."You too." That made me cry a little. Dean knew he had to let Sam do this...knew he had to let him go (so to speak) & that Sam had to let him go. *pets them*

Morning, Ocean!

If I had to pick just one favorite Dean moment from last night, I think it would be his phone call with Bela at the end of the ep, particularly his last words: "I'll see you in hell."

(I just have to state for the record, even though I am in the minority, I will miss Bela next season.)

Second favorite Dean moment from last night: turning around in the doorway and telling Sammy to be careful before they parted ways. Major awwww moment.

Thanks for giving us Dean girls SnObs a blog on Jensen. ;)

Ocean - Yes, I heard it too and thought I was hallucinating. I'm glad I'm not the only one.

My favorite Dean moment was in Bela's hotel room, when he decided not to shoot her. I knew he had something up his sleeve and was biding his time. What a great twist at the end.

Huh, looks like Rod and I share our favorite Jensen moment. "I'll see you in hell" made me a bit weepy.

And Rod, I will also miss Bela next year.

Hi Rap! I agree - as much as Sammy was pushing for this immortality formula to work for Dean, I knew Dean wouldn't go for it. Sure, he'd be alive forever, but no way he'd want to turn into that guy.

I'm really happy with the way they resolved Bela. But I kind of wish we would have seen her getting attacked by the hell hounds. Is that wrong???

Yep - he did make a comment about David Caruso. I can't remember what it was exactly, but I know I heard it and just laughed because of Panns' "David Caruso Demon" story.

..."Sammy, be careful"..."You too."

*sniffles*

Hi Rod! "I'll see you in hell." While I loved that line, it really freaked me out just because I can't stand the thought of Dean going to hell. It also seemed like when they were exorcising the demon in the very beginning that all Dean was thinking about was the number of demons he's sent to hell and that they will all be waiting for him when he gets there.

Re: Bela - it's ok...we'll forgive you for liking her. ;) Just kidding...while I haven't liked her, I am really happy about how they resolved her.

turning around in the doorway and telling Sammy to be careful before they parted ways.

I forgot about that (see, I really need to rewatch)!! As much as I didn't want them to go their separate ways, they obviously had to. That was definitely an awwwww moment.

Thanks for giving us Dean girls SnObs a blog on Jensen.

No problem. I'm happy that you Dean girls SnObs come and visit. Everyone always mentions things that I forget about so this blog is a lot of fun for me.

Rod/Whimsy - If Kripke does send Dean to hell (and I wouldn't put it past the evil bastard), maybe we will see Bela again.

Hi Marci! My favorite Dean moment was in Bela's hotel room, when he decided not to shoot her. I knew he had something up his sleeve and was biding his time.

I couldn't figure out why he would just leave her. But then it all made sense after the phone call. Still, am I the only one that didn't realize the hell hounds attack at midnight? I thought in CRB it was daylight when they attacked the doctor.

Whimsy: "I'll see you in hell" made me a bit weepy.

*sniffles*

I wonder what will happen when they see each other in hell...

Ocean,
I was a little confused about that as well, but I think what happened was that the Demon gave Bela 10 years on her deal, and so the last day of the 10th year ended at midnight. So the hellhounds were released at midnight (the moment the deal ended). Does that sound right??

I didn't even notice that, ocean, but I think Rod's theory makes sense.

Hey Rod and Marci: That theory does make sense. I was thinking that might be the deal, but it just seemed odd to me that Dean would have known, you know what I mean?

Yeah, I just chalked that part up to one of the small details we were supposed to "accept and move on."

Or maybe Kripke set this up last night so that we know next week Dean's deal will run out at midnight.

Yeah, I suppose. That happens once in awhile.

Or maybe Kripke set this up last night so that we know next week Dean's deal will run out at midnight.

I could see Kripke doing that. But Dean isn't going to hell, right?? Right?!?!?!? ;)

ocean - One thing I have learned in watching shows like this (e.g., 24 and Lost) is not to obsess over every detail. As Rod said, when I can't figure something out, I just accept and move on. Otherwise, I would drive myself crazy.

Ocean, sweetie, I think you should have some tissues and hard liquor handy next week. ;)
[For the record... that is no way a spoiler!! I'm spoiler free and honestly do not know what will happen next week. I suspect that Dean is headed for hell, but that's just my theory.]

Plus, doesn't Dean have to die and go to hell in order for Chad Michael Murray to take his place on the show next year?? ;)
