CW Buzz: 90210 Spinoff Will Get Pickup, REAPER Returns, ALIENS Gone
Much as with ABC yesterday, E!Online's Kristin Dos Santos reports today what's the current situation at The CW in terms of new and returning shows. But this time, TV Guide's Michael Ausiello chimes in as well.
According to Kristin's sources, the "90210" spinoff will get a fall pickup. And "Reaper" is on the course of being renewed for another year. Mike says it's 90% certain the show will return.
Less good news however for the fans of "Aliens In America". As it looks now, that show won't make it to the new season. Mike even says it's practically official the show is toast.
As for another new pickup, it's either going to be "How To Teach Filthy Rich Girls", which would get a new title, thank God, or "Austin Golden Hour". The final decision has yet to be made.
None of this is official yet. But it is what's most likely to happen at the moment, when The CW unveils its schedule next week.
