CSI - Grissom's Divine Comedy
Ok.. I hate to say it.. but I wasn't overly impressed with CSI's return. Personally it felt like a really choppy episode. No mention of Warrick's previous issues.. he must be all better now. No mention really of Sara, I am assuming that Grissom's phone call at the end was her. The AD was an interesting character, it was a shame that she was never introduced before. I thought her comments about the team members to be petty. At least Gill let it roll of his back. I thought it was cute how they were all sick and still working. Poor Greg.
I unfortunately seemed to have missed something, the real reason why the father-in-law killed his daughter's husband? To me it felt like there was something missing.
I hope next week is better, the previews make it look really good!

No - I don't think that you missed anything. The dad kileed the son-in-law because his daughter hated him.
I too thought that the episode was really kind of a patchwork mess! I had never really realized before how much trouble everyone on the team had been in until the Asst. DA read off all of the charges!

I know, my jaw hit the floor! Once you put it all together it sounds awful.. I am surprised that A) there still is a team, and B) that Grissom is still allowed to run it.
I guess no one ever knew about Catherine taking 250 k$ from Sam, because that never made the list. And she never mentioned any of Sarah's issues either.
I got that part at the end when they were screaming at each other, but found it was an abrupt ending especially since they spent all that time with the gangs. I am wondering if those guys will end up in any future episodes...

I've seen much better episodes, but I'm glad it's back.

Any episode without Sara Sidle is a good one. In my script, 2 minutes after the phone call starts ( at the end the one we are to assume is Sidle) she tells him it is over and she has someone new. HAPPY ENDING! This episode was fine, as was 1000 days on Earth and the one this past week. I hope they keep up the trend of less about the "fauxmance" and less about Sidle and let Gil find a woman who is not freaking deranged! Sidle is a train wreck! this season has been great with her gone
