Veronca Mars: Why You Should Watch
I finished Veronica Mars on Thursday afternoon and I gotta say, the finale was worth every dime I spent on the DVD set. I won't give away anything because I am now joining Mannie's recruitment campaign.  I think show would appeal to a lot of you and I'm kicking myself for not listening to Amb a two summers ago when she told me to watch it! Here's the sell:
1. I know many of my blog buddies were Gilmore Girls fans in its heyday and VM provides the same witty and engaging dialogue.
2. Much like Supernatural, VM has the main story arc that plays week to week and then the mystery of the week also.
3. For the men, Kristen Bell is absolutely adorable. Eric tells me she's the geek set's current hottie.
4. The show had some great guest stars in Season 1, including Joey Lauren Adams (Chasing Amy) and Jonathan Taylor Thomas (Home Improvement).
5. Last but not least, it's refreshing to see a dad portrayed as something other than a boob on TV. Many shows make fathers seem like idiots but VM doesn't. The relationship between Veronica and Keith is touching.
I can (and will) come up with more reasons if necessary. Don't make me.
So, who's gonna watch next????

John, I won't believe you until I see some theories on who killed Lilly Kane. Fire away. I'm waiting!
FEE! I'm SO glad to see you got through the series and now you LOVE IT. Season 1 just blows people away, in my experience. Now I'm going to run off to the ReWatch posts and see if your feelings have changed on Logan at all.
I saw PixieSpy yesterday and told her that we've got a VM recruitment campaign going. Maybe she'll have time to pop in with some reasons of her own. People are tired of hearing me go on and on about VM so I'll refrain for now.

Famin: If you Pix again, tell her I miss her!! I'm rewatching the pilot right now. My favorite line is Veronica describing Logan:
"Every school has a psychotic jacka**, he's ours."
I did warm towards him. I'm in like right now. Not love, but like. The hotel scene and then the motel scene pushed me into like.
