« Hi Fi
My Staycation: Doubled Back to Neptune
Given Eric's crabbiness when I got home this morning, I decided I'd leave him in the dust in the VM watching and make him catch up! I just rewatched the 5th episode (I was distracted yesterday by the phone constantly ringing) and have completely revised my opinion of Troy. I still love the dad though. Wasn't he in "Just Shoot Me" a few years ago?

Yes--Enrico was the photographer in Just Shoot Me. This is important because in VM Season 3, he's reunited with his Just Shoot Me love interest.
I'm glad you continued on! That episode you're talking about (if it's the one I think it is) really changed everything, didn't it? This is what I mean by things are never quite what they seem in Neptune!!

YAY!!!! That makes my day!!!! Which episode is the 5th?
He was in Just Shoot Me and in a couple of the episodes of next season (I believe) you'll see the boss's daughter from Just Shoot Me acting with him again!

The one I'm on now is the Student Body president election where Wanda Varner should have won but Duncan wins instead. And, I have to admit that I am absolutely revolted by the homeless boxing thing. It makes me sick. Those rich kids need their comeuppance.

Have you been reading the re-watch stuff after each episode?

No, I'm trying to stay pure. I'll read after I've finished this season.

No, you can read each episode one. I don't think it'll give anything away. I'm going to go back and make sure. Stay away for a few minutes.

This is very cool in terms of meta. Before he wrote VM, Rob Thomas wrote a few young adult novels. In one, Rats Saw God, Wanda Varner is a pivotal character. The Wanda Varner in VM is very much like the one in RSG, except, of course, for the ending.
Rats Saw God comes up again in Season 2.

Rats Saw God? Nice title!!! I'll have to ferret that one out!
I still don't feel bad for Logan.

Hiya Trishy!!!
I've got a further comment here, Lily and Logan both look a little inbred.

Bahahahahahah! Inbred?! Oh that's going to be a problem.
Did we tell you that Alyson Hannigan will play his sister? Some point in Season 1 I'm pretty sure. Don't worry about liking or not liking Logan just yet. You may change your mind about him. You may not.

Can I tell you all how happy I am that Vee blogged?
Now, on the topic of Logan, I have to admit I thought he deserved his punishment. That behavior was unacceptable. But, I do like that he sort kinda bonded with Weevil. I like Weevil!

Fi, I may be channeling John here - but it's it too late for that?
I tried to post that earlier and it wouldn't let me.... maybe I'm being warned to be good!
