Funniest Moments on TV: The Office, 30 Rock and Ugly Betty
Attention Seinfeld fans: Sony Pictures released Season 9
— the final season — on November 6. In honor of the comedy classic, here's a tribute to some of the funniest moments on TV lately.
The Frogger Award: Like Elaine trying to wriggle out of the office birthday parties, The Office's Jim got a not-so-bright idea to combine some of the Scranton branch birthdays. Lesson learned: Don't try to leapfrog around forced socializing, it'll come back to bite you in the you-know-where.
The Costanza Coitus Award: First there was the awkwardness of seeing Pete and Paula in bed on 30 Rock. One of those things you'll never get out of your mind, like shrinkage.... Then the pastry de resistance came when Liz discovered an unusual item. "Why is there a Pop Tart in the bed?" she asked, recoiling, "What do you dowith the Pop Tart?" Quelle Horror! Coulda been worse. Coulda been "salted cured meats."
Sue Ellen Mischke Nuptial Nemesis Award: Know what's uglier than Betty's eyebrows? A bride dealing with her archrival. Posh out-divaing Ugly Betty's Wilhelmina? Two words: Real spectacular.
