Looking Forward to the Daytime Emmys
I did a photo shoot with Joshua Morrow (Nick) and Sharon Case (Sharon) the other day. It was really fun — or at least Sharon and I had fun. Josh couldn’t wait to get out of there. He had a softball game to go to, and taking pictures is not Josh’s favorite thing to do. Here he had two hot babes draped over him and he still didn’t like it.
Sharon just got married, so she’s in honeymoon bliss. It’s very sweet to see. Me myself, I’m alone, barren and lonely, ha ha ha. That’s completely a joke. Of course I'm not barren.
The Daytime Emmys are next week. It will be very fun I’m sure. It's always fun to see everybody. I’m very much looking forward to the lead-actress luncheon on Thursday. And I picked the place and put together the event, since Susan Flannery (Stephanie, B&B) was egregiously not nominated this year — although she will be coming to the luncheon. Unfortunately, Maura West (Carly, ATWT) cannot attend. I’m very bummed out about that. Maura West is my pick to win it this year. She’s such a great actress, and she really needs one of these golden tchotchkes.
I have an entourage of nine people coming with me to the Emmys. My family and a few friends want to attend with me. I said to them, “Don’t you want to be comfortable at home in your PJs watching it on TV?” But they were like, “No, no, no. We want to be there to support you!” I think that's lovely, but at the same time I gotta make sure my entourage is being taking care of. [Laugh] I’m extremely close to my family, so whatever they want comes first always.
I have not chosen my dress yet. I guess some women choose it weeks and weeks in advance. I sort of leave it to the last minute, just like when I go out at night. I never really know what I’m gonna wear; I kinda just throw something on. But it seems that these awards shows nowadays are more about the outfit, so I better get crackin’.

A photo shoot with Josh and Sharon Case? Gee, I can't wait to find out what that is about. More of the endless "triangle" I'm sure. Who will Nick choose? <insert eye roll> *sigh* This nonsense is exactly why I don't watch the show much anymore. I'm so tired of Phyllis being treated badly! Anyway, I am looking forward to the Emmy's. Win or lose, you will always be the best actress on daytime.

Michelle, thanks for taking the time to communicate with your fans.
I long for Nick to come back and reunite with Phyllis and Summer. The uncreative writing at present has made it rather difficult for Phyllis fans to enjoy the show. Self righteous hypocrites of the year, Brad and especially Sharon, are like leeches that Phyllis can never be rid of.
Many of us will be rooting for you at the emmys. Your performances are always stellar, and Y&R is truly lucky to have an actress of your caliber as part of their cast. Best of luck and success,

I love Michelle & Phyllis too. You are SO FUNNY and THE best thing about watching Y&R.
I was so excited to see her be a bitch again and blackmail Brad the cad with his being a man whore. 
but now i am bored with Phyllis being charged with blackmail and all this. she has done WAY worse stuff before and she did not have to deal with the courts over it.
why can't Phyllis just be a FUN BITCH again?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? i am tired of her being nice and victimish (if that is even a word).
maybe since Will the DA had a stroke or whatever on today's show, he will not be able to put Phyllis in jail?

I am wishing you the best of luck on emmy night, you deserve it for the great performances you always give us fans. I know you'll look beautiful no matter what you decide to wear.The writing for Phyllis has been hard to take lately, I hope that if you decide to stay with Y&R they give you and your character the due you have earned.

I am sure whatever you decide to wear to the Emmy's will be spectacular. I thought you looked amazing at the recent Country Music Awards! Red is definitely your color.
As for the show, I wish I could say I am enjoying it but I am not. I don't like how weak the writers are portraying Phyllis. I am so tired of the Phyllis/Sharon rivalry. We should be way beyond that at this point. It's redundant and only meant to make Phyllis look bad. I'm not impressed nor am I buying it. It seems like Phyllis is punished daily for the stupid blackmail while everyone else in town gets off scott-free for their actions. I am a big Nick and Phyllis fan but I don't see anything good on the horizon for them. I know Joshua is coming back but since he won't be with Phyllis he's pure FF material for me. No doubt he won't remember Phyllis and baby Summer. That has me bummed beyond words. Since you said you did a photo shoot with Joshua and Sharon Case, that doesn't sound good for Nick and Phyllis either. I really have no clue what Lynn Marie Latham is thinking. How she could ruin something so amazing like the love story of Nick and Phyllis is a mystery I will never figure out. I have zero respect for that woman.
Good luck at the Emmy's! Have a great time and know that fans across the country will be cheering you on whether you take the statue home or not. The Stafford ROCKS!!

Hi Michelle, you are so funny! Phyllis is my favorite character because she's so much fun. Love Phyllis/Nick, but the writing for Phyllis has been weak and inconsistent.
No doubt you will look beautiful at the emmys. I am hoping for you to take home the gold.

Mi Michelle,
First of all, congratulations again on another nomination for Outstanding Lead Actress. Each year you do a super-duper job with your character, Phyllis. I am impressed by your acting abilities and talent.
However, I must admit I really do think Nick belongs with Sharon (sorry!). I just see more chemistry when these two are together. I also don't like it when you are paired with Jack (sorry, again!). There is got to be someone out there who is hot enough for you.
I like you and Michael Baldwin a lot, but he has a great wife in Lauren Fenmore, so don't go there except for friendship.
This past year, I think the writers of your show should have done a storyline featuring a single lady at your age who wants to be a mommy again and deal with the ramifications of it. The father of the child can be a mystery. It doesn't necessarily have to be someone on the show.

I just wanted to wish you luck at the Emmys! .. you are going to win for sure! .. that episode with Phyllis and Jack in the elevator is absolutely heart wrenching! ..by the way, dont worry too much about your dress, you look gorgeous in anything! Cant wait to see the pictures from the photoshoot..thats if they ever post them on the Y&R website..
