Lucky You!

I am in Paris enjoying the wonderful cheeses as your are ready to enjoy the wonderful awards ceremony. I am so jealous that you will all be watching it before me, but thats how things work out when you spend most of your day to day life traveling.

I cant type too much now as I am typing with a French keyboard and its driving me nuts. So, I would to like to know what you all thought of the Food Network Awards. Please feel free to post...

I thought they were a bit cheesy! I like Emeril, but I think Paula Deen would have made a better host. All in all - too boring for me. Sorry!

Hey George,
I thought the Food Network Award show was pretty cool... I gotta admit-I didn't watch the whole thing, but from what I saw, it was great. I have a question/comment. I am writing an article for one of the UW campus newspapers on midnight snacks, and you're the go-to guy on quick microwavable junk food. If I could get you to do a quick email interview I would be extremely pleased. This is the only way I could think of contacting you... I enjoyed them. They were a bit too long, but I loved the kid who got the scholarship. "what he doesnt know is that he's the only finalist..." i would have enjoyed a more humor oriented host, not to diss emeril.. you and alton next year co-hosting? now that would be heavenly.. hope france is going well

Hi George!
I don't know if you remember me, I met you at the Food Network Awards on the red carpet. I was the crazy, overly eager college student who was trying to tell you about my cooking show, College Bites. Anyway, I filmed a special episode the night of the Awards where my friends came over and we had a great appetizer party. I would LOVE if you checked it out!
